For years, I was the woman who held it all together while falling apart inside.
I was a high-functioning survivor - raising four kids, leaving a dangerous marriage, and healing from the religious conditioning that told me my body, emotions, and truth weren’t safe.
I kept performing peace while my nervous system screamed for rest. I thought I had to push through, think harder, pray harder, fix it with mindset.
But no amount of mindset work could calm what was raging in my body. The real shift came when I stopped trying to rise above my pain and finally learned how to be with it. Breathwork and somatic tools gave me access to something I had never felt before: real calm in my body.
Not just coping. Not avoiding. But peace and clarity I could feel and build on. Again and again.
Today, I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Dance Coach, and guide rooted in a deep background of health coaching and herbalism.
