As a survivor of both romantic and spiritual abuse, Brigette Gildemaster knows what it means to break free from a life that was never truly hers. She walked away from an abusive marriage—despite opposition from her church and community—to reclaim her voice, her body, and her future.


Now a 2x best-selling author, keynote speaker, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Brigette teaches audiences how to heal their nervous system and create a lasting sense of peace and safety, guiding them through breathwork, regulation tools, and emotional embodiment.
