Mats, bolsters and blankets are available for use at the studio but feel to bring our own - Mat, pillow, blankets, eye mask, crystals & journal if it feels supportive.
1.) Water is essential to the human body but you might want to limit your water intake 1 hour prior to breathing.
2.) Be sure to not eat a heavy meal 2 hours prior (a heavy meal might make breathing uncomfortable.)
