*Offer will be closing February 2025*
Breathwork is a practice that enables us to gain a new perspective, fostering a deep connection with our bodies and recognizing the inherent intelligence within our systems. Trauma-informed breathwork serves as a pathway for healing, allowing us to release and transform our experiences.
It’s no secret that most of us struggle with the everyday pressures of life.
We’re living in an age where we’re busier than ever and because we’re disconnected from our bodies, it’s easy for us to become buried in feelings and emotions that we don’t know how to deal with or process.
For many of us, the norm is being constantly stressed, anxious, worried, and overwhelmed. Breathwork allows us to be still, be with ourselves, and breathe and feel through our experiences.
We were given the tool of breath since birth, but most people are unaware of how powerful and transformational the breath can be.
» Immediate stress reduction & anxiety relief.
» Connect with your emotions & change your response to them.
» Revitalizes your organs.» Gives you access to your higher power.
» Reduces toxins in your body & provides an energetic release.
» More energy & mental clarity.
» Deepens your relationship to your body.
» Release trauma that has been stuck in your system for years.
» Better access your intuition, higher self, and source.
To serve as a compassionate guide for those healing from trauma, nurturing a safe space for those who are hurting, empowering them to embrace their authentic selves and fosterer a life of presence.
As a survivor of religious and romantic abuse, I inspire individuals to cultivate deep connections, embody their emotions, and reclaim their autonomy.
By guiding others through the transformative practices of breathwork and emotional balance, I strive to help them discover their inherent value and lead fierce, fulfilling lives while navigating their unique journeys towards serenity
You are welcome to use headphones and an eye mask if that feels supportive to your practice.
You can also bring a journal and a pen to jot down any ah-has at the end of the session.
The invitation is really to set up your space so you can lay down, be comfortable, and feel safe.
At the beginning of the session, we will discuss your intention and find the breath pattern that feels best for you. My approach is collaborative, and I trust and honor the pace, intensity, and type of breath that will feel right for you at the time of our session.
We will leave a few minutes at the end of the session to ground and integrate any breakthroughs!
A few things to note before our time together:
I will send you a follow up email after our session with a friendly reminder to send in feedback and to check in with you.
***I want to thank you in advance for submitting your feedback promptly after our session. Your feedback supports my growth as an aspiring facilitator and I find a lot of value in hearing about your full experience.
Your time and feedback is much appreciated, and I look forward to breathing you.
As an extra thank you for supporting me in this key stage of my journey I want to gift you with lifetime access to my

Your Pause facilitator trainee will follow the guided steps taught by Founder and CEO, Samantha Skelly. Prior to the session, your facilitator trainee will curate the space, ensuring it is clean, safe, and appropriate.
They will educate about breathwork, and let you know what to expect as the session unfolds.
They will share the intention for the session, demonstrate the breathing patterns, and invite you into the session.
Bodywork is when the facilitator grounds participants and reminds them to breathe, staying with the pattern.
Before the session begins, you will be asked to sign a General & Medical questionnaire form as well as a liability form for safety.
Your facilitator trainee will also ask questions to ensure you are fully aware of the session and you’re comfortable to move forward.
After the session, your facilitator trainee will provide post session self-care tips to enhance the healing process.
Pause Breathwork facilitators are extensively trained guides and healers who have the ability to bring this work to everyday people struggling with stress, anxiety, worry, and overwhelm.
Through 1:1 sessions and workshops, our facilitators can provide relief in any setting such as in home, corporate offices, retreats, and more.
Breathwork is a tool that can be accessible to anyone at anytime, and our facilitators are trained to hold sessions that are safe and controlled.
In addition to extensive training and thorough breathwork curriculum, each facilitator is required to complete 60 hours of breathwork sessions in order to become a certified Pause Breathwork facilitator.
Your facilitator is in the process of receiving their certificate, meaning they still have hours to complete in order to hone their skill set.
